RENTAL
POLICIES
RESERVATION POLICY:
We require a 50%
reservation fee to hold the reservation with the
balance
due one week prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 14-day
cancellation policy whereby the reservation fee
becomes
non-refundable if you cancel the event within 14 days of
the
scheduled
delivery date.
In addition, changes can be made to the
reservation up
until 14 days
prior
to the event without penalty.
Any
reductions made
within the 14 day period are subject to a loss of
the 50%
reservation fee for the items reduced.
Cancellations made
within three (3) days of the event must be
paid in full.
DECLINING THE DAMAGE
WAIVER:
If you choose to decline
the Damage Waiver, then the following is required:
1. You must have a
valid insurance policy which covers rental items.
2. You must put down
a 25% security deposit. If there are no damages
incurred, then the security deposit is refunded to you.
If there are any
damages, then the fee to repair the damages would be
deducted from
the security deposit before a refund is made.
